Do you get requests from your downline asking for favors? Do they want YOU to solve THEIR problems?
Do they blame their failures and lack of success on YOU?
Well...don't blame your distributors. They're just not thinking clearly. They just don't know any better. They have'nt learned the truth yet or the facts about what Network Marketing is REALLY about.
Learning how to build a downline organization takes time, effort and skills. We, as sponsors, leaders or mentors, can not blame our distributors for wanting and hoping to bypass the work and have us do it for them. After all, they
just want and may desperately need the rewards as soon as possible. I know that at one time, I used to feel the same.
Sometimes I have to remind myself that reward comes with a price. It's our responsibility to remember this and educate our distributors to let them knowe that if they choose not to pay the price of success, then they obviously will not succeed.
Many affiliates are just hoping to sponsor a few good people, push them to do all the work, and then just sit back and do nothing while collecting big bucks off their efforts. This obviously does not work. At least not for the long term and not in good ethical conscienceness.
They'll use all sorts of excuses why they're failing, some of which are:
*The economy is bad where I live.
*I can't be successful because my sponsor lives too far away.
*I need to find a company that pays out more in the comp. plan so that I can make a full-time income off my 1 distributor.
*If only the company would bring out a nicer five-color brochure.
*Nobody wants to join.
*The products are expensive so I'm a bit hesitant to talk to people about them when they ask me what I do for a living.
*The business opportunity meetings are too far away.
I'm sure you've heard many other excuses. And that's all they are; Excuses. People don't want to take responsibility
for their failures. For some folks, this can be said for every area in their lives. It's their way of avoiding pain. It's always much easier to blame other people or our various circumstances than it is to realize that ones self is really at fault.
We, as sponsors must remember to NOT accept the blame. We must help them to realize they have the ability to succeed or fail, within themselves. It all begins on the inside.
They must be taught to build an honest relationship with themselves first, and then go and do the same with other people. This is not easy to do for most people.
Once people do succeed in being totally honest with themselves and accepting responsibility for their own
success and failure, then, and only then, will they be on their way to owning their life and becoming successful.
I found and learned this when I was introduced to this
Free E-book called, "Success In 10 Steps". Reading this ebook was the start of my changing my beliefs and thoughts. It taught me, among other things, that Network Marketing is not about who has the best product, system, or program. It's not about who can sell better than others.
It's not about who makes the most money or has the most toys. It's not about what's going on "outside".
It is...and always has been about Relationship Building.
If you want to know the truth..I mean REALLY KNOW the TRUTH, then click the link below, fill out your contact info. and download the FREE E-book. There are no obligations or any promoting of products or programs in this E-book. Only the facts about Network Marketing and my contact information. I will not share your contact info. with ANYONE without your consent. I only want to help you to succeed.
You can thank me later.
God Bless You!
